This software was developed under ESA/ESTEC contract #4000102452. It is composed of:  
 1. The COMPASS-CGM interface, owned by the RWTH Aachen University, and being under the COMPASS Public License  
  
 2. The CGM editor, owned by Ellidiss Technologies, and which use is subject to the following terms:  
  - This public release can be used free of charge provided that:  
   a. This use complies with the General Clauses and Conditions (GCC) of European Space Agency (ESA) contracts. This restricts the use rights to ESA Member States. Use outside ESA Member States requires prior authorization from the Agency.  
  
   b. The user commits to quote the authors of the software in all written reports and oral presentations related to any realization for which the software has been used.  
  
  - Ellidiss Technologies will provide service (support, maintenance, customizations) on the CGM editor under commercial contractual basis.
